Posso fazer blocos de coroamento sobre 1 estaca sem vigas de travamento?

Conforme a ABNT NBR 6122:2019:

Estacas isoladas e estacas dispostas segundo um único alinhamento, devem ser projetadas de modo a suportar os momentos introduzidos pelas excentricidades executivas.

Pode ser dispensado desta observância o projeto que incluir vigas de travamento.

Principalmente quando há solo de baixa resistência nas camadas inicias, o bloco não fornece restrição suficiente ao movimento lateral da base do pilar, dessa forma o comprimento de flambagem do pilar acaba sendo maior do que o considerado no caso de blocos travados.

Ou seja:

Não recomenda-se dispensar o travamento, tendo em vista os impactos estruturais dessa decisão (visto nas imagens anteriores).
